Due to the economic difficulties that exist today in our home country, we have adjusted our prices to particularly affordable packages or according to customer choices.

 The cost of a survey is a function of the length of time, and the technical requirements on staff and means.

Any work commencing is commenced prior to commencement, in agreement with the customer (as far as feasible). Issuance of receipts and invoices in accordance with applicable tax legislation (customer briefing). Refund (per occasion) if the investigation is interrupted. Advance payment required due to the initial cost of the investigation. In the case of a request for an initial discussion of a case outside Attica, i.e. in another prefecture, the client covers the travel costs of the private investigator.

The Private Investigation Office ATHINA.PR.Investigation reserves the right to adjust the number of hours of investigation to at least three (3) hours per day in the Greek territory. The hours used should reflect the minimum investigation thresholds. If at any point during the investigation the customer has a remaining investigation hours, he may use his available remainder within one month of the initial assignment. The Private Investigation Office has the exclusive competence to determine the way of the investigation and any collaborations in Greece or abroad to complete it.

The agreement obliges you, the customer, to pay the agreed costs, either verbally or in writing, and in return the private invastigation office will perform the services and provide you with the results of the survey in any form that the customer desires, such as email, pdf, word document, etc. unless otherwise agreed.

When an investigation of any kind has been assigned to the private investigation office ATHINA.PR.Investigation, this requires the client to make an advance on the agreed cost. If the cost is exceeded, the investigation office is required to inform the customer in good time.

Additional costs of the private investigator for services outside Attica should be paid in time to meet operational needs. Upon completion of the investigation, a full repayment is made.
